    1. I have shoulder pain and neck pain

    The DXT Ergonomic Mouse is designed to reduce shoulder pain and neck pain. Many large ergonomic mice will fill the entire hand which reduces the ability of the hand to manipulate / move the mouse.

    If the hand cannot move the mouse the shoulder and neck muscles have to take over. The shoulder is not designed to carry out precision movements of a cursor on screen.     2. I have wrist pain

    A standard mouse requires you to place you hand flat on the desk (pronation). When you wrist is flat on the desk you are at end of range of movement (the wrist cannot move any further). The body does not like repetitively going into end range of movement (RSI) or holding this position for long periods of time (static posture).
